How "Feeling Good" Is The Key To Your Weight Loss!

Are you ready for the most freeing news? You hold the key to how you can feel healthy and look healthy. You always have and you always will. Now, that is incredible.

Did you know that you hold this power inside of you, and that nothing about weight loss is external? Nothing. The real core reason for this on-going battle with weight loss is in direct relation to how you personally feel and vibrate towards food, how you personally feel and vibrate towards working out, and how you personally feel and vibrate towards your unique body type.

What do we mean by vibrate, you ask?

Your vibrations equal your current state of emotions. The best way to determine what your vibration is at any given moment is to take notice as to how you feel…happy, energetic, excited, or worried, fearful, or doubtful.

If your emotions are positive and bring you pleasure, than that which you are seeking is clearly on its way to you. If the opposite is true—and you are experiencing emotions that are negative or you are vibrating worry, lack, or stress—than more of that situation you are dwelling on is also on it's way.

As you know everything in this world is made up of energy, right? From the pencil you are using, to the plate you are eating on, to the car you are driving, to the body you live in 24 hours a day, it is all vibrating with energy. If we could see these objects with the naked eye we could actually see the energy force vibrating all around these objects.

This is powerful stuff! In other words, you can control the frequency between yourself (by noticing how you are feeling about your desire) and food and anything else for that matter. This is the golden key to weight loss and successfully going raw!

Pay attention to how you feel towards each and everything you desire and you will begin to realize that the more you feel good the more your desires are coming rapidly towards you.

How Do You Feel About Yourself Right Now?

Your outward appearance, and how you feel physically, will quickly make you realize you are a mirror of your exact thoughts. Isn't that an eye opener!

Everyday you must visualize the shape of your new body by changing the way you think and feel about your body. Remember your outer world is just a reflection of your inner thought world. That means how you think is more important than exercise, more important than what you eat (although important), but nonetheless, without good thoughts and vibrations, you are actually doing more harm to your cells!

Pay close attention to what you are saying to yourself when you are eating! If you say things to yourself such as, "I shouldn't be eating this," or "Here I go again," or "I am so fat already," your food literally will not digest well in a body that is disrupted by poor thoughts or a sour discussion around the kitchen table. You are not only tearing your beautiful self down, but you are negatively affecting every cell in your body through your words. Again, food cannot be digested properly in a stressed body. Thoughts become things! You become what you think about!

Changing your thoughts, and holding onto those thoughts on a consistent basis, is probably one of the hardest jobs you will encounter.

We are all constantly sending ourselves thoughts about our weight and health… either good, uplifting thoughts, or bad, deteriorating thoughts.

Work towards continually being aware of feeling good, there is truly nothing more important than that. If you don't feel good at a certain moment, find a thought to get you on a different track so that you can begin attracting more of what you do want and less of what you don't want!
